Katia worked tirelessly to make sure all of my questions were answered and I found a house that I truly love! She is very responsive and goes above and beyond the basics that other realtors cover. As an example, she kept going back to the area where the house I wrote an offer for was located at different times of the day and week to make sure that the area is safe, friendly and peaceful! She really cares about her clients.

At a time when real estate was moving relatively quick (June 2022) it was especially important for us to choose the right Realtor to sell our home.
