Katia worked tirelessly to make sure all of my questions were answered and I found a house that I truly love! She is very responsive and goes above and beyond the basics that other realtors cover. As an example, she kept going back to the area where the house I wrote an offer for was located at different times of the day and week to make sure that the area is safe, friendly and peaceful!
