At a time when real estate was moving relatively quick (June 2022) it was especially important for us to choose the right Realtor to sell our home. It was evident from our initial consult with Katia that she was that person. Time was of the essence for my wife and I. Katia, understanding this, represented us accordingly: she diligently invested her time and resources in a manner commensurate with our needs. She proved herself very competent to seeing potential issues well in advance of anything ever becoming an issue. Katia was always respectful, available, and with professional decorum. Katia is currently representing us in seeking our next new home!

My wife and found ourselves on the hunt for a new family home. Only problem was, we were doing it during a period of historically low inventory and tons of competition. We had no idea our search would bring us to Novato but when we opened ourselves to the option, we also opened up the option to work with Katia!

Professional. Knowledgeable. Thorough. Responsive. Friendly. Empathetic. These are just a couple of the main characteristics that we were seeking in a realtor. And Katia embodied every one of these so well. She was available to answer tons of questions . She never responded with displeasure or annoyance. No question was too big or too small for her. She went above and beyond many times to ensure we had information necessary to proceed or to hold back.

Ultimately, she helped us to land a place that was exactly what we wanted and needed. While I hope we don’t decide to sell this house ever, if we do and we’re searching in Marin/Sonoma counties, best believe that Katia will be the first and only person we call! Thank you Katia!

Katia worked tirelessly to make sure all of my questions were answered and I found a house that I truly love! She is very responsive and goes above and beyond the basics that other realtors cover.
